Serving your campus and surrounding community is one of the best ways to share your time and talents with others and truly make a positive impact! There are numerous opportunities to volunteer both on and off campus throughout the academic year. From helping direct students and their guests around campus at the Compact for Success 7th Grade Visit, to speaking with high school juniors about how to prepare for college, to participating in a run/walk for a great cause – there is something for everyone’s interests, abilities, and availability. Make sure to check our homepage, calendars, and your email regularly, as those are all ways in which we solicit your help!
Volunteers are typically needed for the following annual events:
- 7th Grade Campus Visit
- SUHSD College Fair Night
- Compact Scholars Program Orientation
- Convocation Day
- University Seminar
- Compact Scholars Program Graduation Reception
- Scholars for Success Community Outreach Activities
