Compact Scholars Student Association (CSSA)
The Compact Scholars Student Association is the student-run educational organization of the Compact Scholars Program at San Diego State University. The CSSA aims to empower its members through group activities and social events in order to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for Compact Scholars. Our goals to connect with students as a means to empower each other and find our momentum to achieve present and future goals as a community within San Diego State University.

EOP Student Advisory Board (ESAB)
The EOP Student Advisory Board (ESAB) is an independent student organization which serves as the liaison between the EOP student body and the EOP staff, SDSU and the community. While fostering an environment for academic excellence, social growth, community outreach, and social justice. Demonstrating academic potential and the motivation to succeed, the EOP Student Advisory Board (ESAB) is a diverse undergraduate student body that strives to serve, create, improve, promote and advocate EOP student interests. As a well balanced student voice, ESAB seeks creative and innovative ways to inform and engage not only the university but also the San Diego community and thus provide opportunities to highly motivated and academically qualified students in the EOP family.
Guardian Scholars Student Advisory Board (GSSAB)
The purpose of GS Student Advisory Board is to empower and unite Foster Youth, Ward of the Court, Under Legal Guardianship and Unaccompanied Homeless Youth in the SDSU GS Program.

Student Parents and Allies Association (SPAA)
Our mission along with our allies is to care, support, and empower student parents by serving as a first stop, so they can become their best in school and at home. As a community within Educational Opportunity Programs and Outreach and Success (EOPOS), Student Parent & Allies Association (SPAA) is dedicated to providing support and resources for student parents and allies by offering family-friendly social activities, support groups, academic and career counseling.

RESOURCES FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
- Early Assessment Program (EAP): EAP helps students measure their readiness for college-level English and mathematics in their junior year of high school, and helps them improve skills during their senior year. View the EAP flier.
- High school 9th-11th graders: Learn how to prepare for college on the How to Get to Cal State site.
High School Seniors
- Check your EAP status online before applying to a CSU. It's easy. Login username and password are the same as for CSU Mentor.
- If you are applying to SDSU and didn't release your scores, you should submit a copy of your STAR report to Admissions by November.
- If you have an EAP Conditional Status and choose to validate status, you can do this by taking a 1-year approved math course of intermediate algebra or above. You must earn a letter grade of C or better in both semesters.
RESOURCES FOR ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
- Middle school 6th-8th graders: Begin your path to for college at the How to Get to Cal State site.
- Note: Success in middle school sets the foundation for success in high school. Algebra and a foreign language are recommended in middle school.
